This website gives general information about our cleaning services. We keep it accurate, but services and details can change.
Quotes
Quotes are based on what you tell us about your space and are confirmed with you before any work starts.
Payment
We accept e-transfer, cash or cheque. Residential cleans are usually paid right after the clean. Commercial clients are invoiced every two weeks.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit.
Parking
We need somewhere to park that won't get us a ticket or towed, such as your driveway, a visitor spot or legal street parking nearby. If parking is tricky at your place, please let us know before your first visit.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with a clean, let us know and we'll offer you a discount.
