This policy explains what information All Nooks Polished collects through this website, and what we do with it.
Our forms
When you send the quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, your phone number or email address, and the details you share about your space.
When you apply for a job, we collect your name, phone number, email address, what you tell us about yourself, and your résumé if you attach one.
The forms are processed by a server run by our website provider, which emails each one to All Nooks Polished. Our website provider doesn't use them for anything else, and nobody else receives them.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare your quote, provide our cleaning services and consider your job application. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, and we don't use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to reply, quote and serve you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Our website provider's server deletes each form, and any file attached to it, 90 days after it's sent.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like most websites, our servers may keep standard logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
When you call, text or email
If you contact us directly, we use your details in the same way: only to reply, quote and provide our services.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us using the details below.
